Job Title: RS Influencer (aka Social Media Manager)

Job Overview
You’ll be the voice of our brand on social media! We need someone with creative chops and a knack for engaging content to grow our following, spark conversations, and generate buzz. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to craft killer campaigns and make sure our brand shines across all social platforms.

• Proven experience running social media campaigns that get people talking.
• An analytical mind that can turn data into insights and action.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to push the envelope and try new things (even if they don’t always work out).
• Bonus points for being a meme connoisseur, gif master, or viral video expert.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that are as brilliant as they are effective.
• Monitor and analyze our social media performance, and then use that data to refine our strategy and keep the engagement coming.
• Be the front line for customer inquiries and complaints on social media. You’ll respond with tact, empathy, and a heavy dose of charm.
• Keep up-to-date on the latest social media trends, and be ready to jump on new platforms and features as soon as they drop.
